Stayed for 3 days and didn't want to leave, I would stay here again. That was quaint and quiet hotel set in nice enough area, right by the back garden, the town centre and jacuzzi/tv/recommending restaurants.

Astonishing breakfast with cheap sausages for the start of the day. Amazingly comfortable and absolutely stunning room with a fridge, an electric kettle, and central heating, and soft bed. Brilliant, incredible location to John Logie Baird's blue plaque residence. Based next to the beach and seafront, and the train station, attractions and town centre.

The continental breakfast is awesome with fresh fruits and yogurt and croissants. Outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff as one would expect. The setting is particularly good and magnificent, not far from seafront as well as jacuzzi/tv/recommending restaurants.

The hotel had incredible and excellent location near to the beach and seafront, and train station. Also, an Alexandra park was just 1 km away. Reasonably large and well-designed room with a jacuzzi was enjoyable.

The venue is quirky and amazing. All the rooms are beautiful little and unique with a hot tub and the staff are accommodating. This property is in a particularly good and unbeatable location, just off shops and sea front, which when walking to town, and the train station, attractions and town centre. There's Subway offering takeout at a moderate distance from the venue.

Useful personal. Bay Spice was just a walk down to the apartment, so we could reach it fast. Location right by hastings pier. We could enjoy pool here.
